Civilization IV: Warlords flickering screen?

Every time I try to play Civ IV, my screen flickers. It is rather annoying, and only does it some of the time. My screen never flickers unless I run a full screen game.



My specs are:

Processor: 2 processors running - Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5200 @ 2.50 GHz

RAM: 4.0 gigs

Vid Card: Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family () (Crappy I know, but it shouldn't affect it that much

HD Free: 360 gigs



Anyone got any idea?Civilization IV: Warlords flickering screen?
it sometimes does that if the game ur playing is very large and complicated.
