Help me with troubleshooting Civilization 4 plz?

I successfully installed Civilization IV but I couldn't start it as it said: "The procedure entry point _BinkShouldSkip@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library binkw32.dll." How can I deal with this?Help me with troubleshooting Civilization 4 plz?
try reinstalling it or sending the makers of civilization 4 an email and they will helpHelp me with troubleshooting Civilization 4 plz?
Download the latest patch for Civilization4 from:

http://www.softwarepatch.com/games/civil鈥?/a> Run the patch and update your game to version 1.7.4.0



Then download the appropriate no-cd crack from: http://www.gameburnworld.com/dl/dl.php?f鈥?/a> Extract the files using winrar or 7-Zip and copy the crack to the install folder.
