I'm fairly certain it's my graphics card, but I'd like to know for sure before I buy some upgrades. I have a 2.5 Ghz Pentium IV processor with 512 RAM. My graphics card is a 64mb RAM one. The graphics card meets the minimum, but the game goes slow and is almost unplayable once your country gets really big (and has lots of units on the screen) Is it time to go to Best Buy to get an upgrade on my card? I would not recomend any game player use less than 1GB RAM these days.
Best option, 2GB RAM and 256bit Video, then you will be able to run almost anything.
