Yeah you should be well safe with that card mate. I use a 4850HD ATI card and i can run everything i play on near max settings. Just make sure you got a decent proccessor too pref a dual core.
If you buy the card and install it try this website it will scan you PC hardware and tell you what sort of speed games will run at on your PC and where you need to improve your rig.
